I bought the Sims 2 and installed two expansions on it. Whenever I try to play it, it takes a long time to start up and load familys. Sometimes during the game it becomes very slow and lags or it just freezes up complety.

Whenever i try to join a server i get an error that says : Error Can not join the selected game, There may be networking problems or the server may be gone. ;( I've tried every server that is active and no networking problems either.

When I turn my computer on, the 4 user names appear and i usually just click the account picture that i wiwsh to use. none of the accounts have passwords. now when i turn the computer on the user names appear but i cannot click on them.

Freespace 2 installation help

I'm having a having a problem installing Freespace 2. When I put in the CD, it revs up then stops. THere isn't any autorun popping up plus the setup file on the disc won't run either. It'll just rev and stop.

All, Recently installed exchange 2003 and cant seem to send or receive mail to or from the internet. I had another server (old configuration) running Windows 2003 ent w/exchange 2003 on one nic card and mail works fine so MX records and name resolution is good.

AH! I just got a new comp, and when I instaled one of my old Fav, I findout the Boost doesn't work. I have tried reinstal, disks are in good condition. Instaled Silent threat expansion, and latest patch.

Installing this goes without problems but when i try and the game i get an error saying You have DirectX 0 Please install DX 7 Could not load. \drivers\registryz I have a Gefore DDR with Det 3 6. 18 drivers, retail game cdrom and SOF runs fine on my system.

Question: I have a classroom computer lab, 30 computers, my problem is this: everyone changes the resolution, wallpaper, or theme. They are logged in locally to each computer, as a restricted user. Can i just turn off the display properties for them? Thanks.
