I have a home network with Windows XP Home, and two Windows 98 SE systems. I can share disks between them fine. I have set them up with Netbeui protocol. Problem is when I take my work Win2k Pro laptop and try to get on my home network to access shared disks.

i recently purchased a new acer laptop and installed starcraft on it heres my problem: when i run the game it seems to be running at a very small resolution in the middle of the screen, and all the empty spaces are just black.

Hi okay I have this problem, my sims deluxe isnt working right so i pressed the uninstall button but it just keeps installing again,,, and then stopping at 25% and skipping to 100% but i cant uninstall it i went to the change/remove programs thing and whenever i click remove it just installs again.

Ok. . it's been 2 days and I can't figure this out. Fresh install of Windows 2003 Standard, and Exchange 2003. All is working fine except for OWA 2003. I'm certain, beyond much doubt, that it is a permissions issue with IUSR.

hi, i posted in another thread but not sure if that one is quite right. im running on windows me and when i run it on disk 2 and press play it comes up with error DKII. exe and when i run it on disk 1 it works for a bit with dodgy sound and the man's voice is very layered.

Netscape Connect keeps losing connection

I use Netscape Connect (used to be Wal-Mart Connect) and it keeps losing the connection. It starts up normally and everything but after maybe somewhere aroung 20 minutes it shuts down. I can't figure out what the problem is! Someone please help! It gets really annoying!.

I have a ATI Radeon x1300 PCI express (x16) graphix card; 450MHz VPU - 256MB GDDR-2 memory at 533MHz - shader model 3. 0 - VGA, DVI-I, I went into system bios and deactivated the old card. installed the card and drivers correctly, now however the computer wont start up when i shut down or restart normaly.

Desperately need help-my Compaq Presario will not shut down with new graphix car

My Compaq Presario was working fine until i recently installed my new ATI 256MB Radeon X1300 PCI graphix card. Now whenever I shut down the computer or restart, it will lock up when it is rebooting, and the only way to get my computer working again is to manually shut it down (holding the shut down button).
