HELP!!!!

My friend has an toshiba labtop just bought it. when it loads up it doesnt even get to desktop. it either freezes on startup screen or restarts itself ive tried starting in safe mode and all the other but it just keeps restart and i have no idea what it is.

ftp-server works, webserver not

Hi, i have running a win 2003 server behind a modem-router. I have 2 servers running : -ftp-server on port 21 -web-server on port 80 I forward following ports on my modem-router: -wan-port 21 forward to 192.

Populous - The Beginning problem

I installed Populous the beginning on my Windows XP Home SP2 system. When I try to run the game the mouse turns to the hourglass and then nothing else happens and the application isn't running in the task manager.

Netgear router port forwarding

I'm having trouble downloading video when I connect to the internet via my Netgear WGR 14 router. I use Windows Media Player as the default to view video. Real Player doesn't work when asked to in the same situation.

explorer.exe-application error

the application failed to initialize properly (0xc0150002) Click on ok to terminate the application. After clicking ok, I couldn't see anything except for the screensaver. Have tried Last known good config & safe mode but still no luck.

hello, is there a software out there that can edit an mp3 file. A software that can remove the lyrics or voice of the singer so that what remains is only the instrumental. Like a minus one. I need it badly for our school play.

Linksys WLAN adapter, win2k3, hidden ssid

hi, need some help with my network, got the WRT54GL and the WMP54G i' am trying to connect to the WLAN router which hides his SSID under win2k3, would be no problem if i could start the network monitor service included with the adapter, the software is 98se, winxp and win2k compatible.

XP Home to Pro

My PC has XP Home SP2. I have an XP Pro cd which is only service pack 1. Is there a way I can upgrade to Pro without affecting the files on my HDD. Also will there be collisions involving the fact one is SP2 and the other is SP1?.

logitech quickcam messenger webcam problem

I've been having a problem with my webcam. Whenever I use the logitech software or msn messenger to use the video/picture function, the image always fuzzy. (Looks like tv static or sumthing). I tried using other webcams but i get the same problem, any suggestions??.
