Group Policy Editor

I am running Windows XP Pro and want to stop my sister who uses a Limited account from being able to access the control panel. I know this can be done by using the Group Policy Editor but it blocks it for me as well my sisters account.

I could use some help with a unique problem, I purchased a u3 usb flash driver. At work I placed shs documents on drive to view at home. Flash drive operates fine , but I cannot open shs(scrap) documents.

My Canon i560 Printer will not "Power Up".

I always seem to have bad printer Luck after the 1 year warranty is up. My Canon i560 printer was humming along OK until I tried turning it on last week. , No Nothing, No power light, completely dead.

Can anyone help me with this trojan? I have tried several things and and i still cannot get rid of untods. dll. It keeps saying it is being used by another folder. I have tried to find two other dlls that is incorporated by it irl2153ol.

Windows Media Player - can't make useable back ups

In the past I was able to RIP and make a back up copy of my audio CD's to play on my CD player using Windows Media Player - now I can't. . . I changed the RIP format to MP3 from Miscrosoft Windows Media Audio but I still get a TOC (assume this means Table of Contents) error on my CD.

Machines.exe not a valid Win32 application

Machines is a great game that seems very underrated. However, Acclaim never bothered to release a Windows XP patch, and none of the settings I've tried for a compatibility mode have worked yet. I've downloaded Windows Application Combatibility Toolkit, but it's not one of the many games that toolkit includes.

I can't install mm6 on windows xp, it opens: Setup requires _SETUP. DLL and _ISRES. DLL (located in _SYS1. CAB) in order to operate properly. Please ensure these files are located with SETUP. EXE. What should I do? Please, Help me.

Insufficient USB Bandwidth when trying to use SKYP

I've just installed SKYPE, with a webcam and a Voip/Skype phone. My computer is very unhappy with these; it will operate either the webcam or the phone but not both at a time. I get the message that there is Insufficient USB Bandwidth.

Yo, a geek here that needs help big time. My best friend recommended me to a cute friend for some computer help so she gave me the laptop. I jumped right into it but dang man all I got were grief!!! When I start up, the logon screen came up, etc, clicked, etc.
