Easy CD Creator for Win2k... Am I right?

Hey people, I'm quite new here in the forum so my first topic is this. Question: To install Easy CD Creator 4 with Win2k. . . what should I do? I have the 4. 0 FULL CD here, so I've got to install it, DON'T REBOOT, run the 4.

Simple + free + multiplayer games for NT ?

Can anybody recommend simple, free & multiplayer games for NT? Good example: Microsoft Hearts, which unfortunately won't run on NT since it's a 16-bit apps. Your feedbacks would be much appreciated.

Win2K won't run my 3Com 3C905C

After reading several times here and elsewhere, I bought the 3C905C and cannot get it to run in clean Win2K install. Have downloaded the 5. 2 drives, and renamed the 2K. inf files, but no joy. Won't run on native drivers and won't accept the 3Com drivers.

JVC Camcorder

Recently bought a JVC digital camcorder (GR-DVF21) for home use. It came with all of the JLIP movie and video software. Checked with JVC and none of it is compatible with NT. Any other software that will work? Any alternatives for me?.

MS-6120 Dual P3 and asus TNT2 win2k !

I have an dual p3-500 at a ms-6120 board and I installed win2k but it doesn´t work with my Asus agp tnt2 3800 card. . and if I use my raid card Adaptec AAA-131 the computer won´t boot at all. I´ve tried with an creative tnt2 ultra and the comp won´t boot at all either.

Running MCM2 final. I hear sound in the menus, but in the game, i hear nothing Have a sb live value. Any ideas? Anyone else with this problem? Simcity 3000 Unlimited and W2K

Okay I had it installed and running fine under W2K. . . . but i bought a new motherboard and had to reinstall W2K. . . . now Simcity 3000 Unlimited wont play. . . it will install. . . the scenario creater will work but the actual game wont ( it wont if i click on the button when the cd auto plays.

Remove IE 5.01 from W2K?

Does anyone know if it's possible to replace IE 5. 01 with IE 4 in W2K? Also, if you do this and have Office 2K in the machine, will Office refuse to run? Not that I want to do this but. . . we are in the midst of planning a W2K and Office 2K rollout here are work and I need proof that this cant be done.

In the beta, the resolution was limited to 640x480 in win2k. . . anyone know if u can choose a higher resolution in the final ? Thanx.

Creative Savage 4

I have a Creative Savage 4 Card in my computer, I have the latest drivers for W2k but I cant get the card to work with OpenGL and D3d,,,, When I try to like set Half-Life to use OpenGL in w2k, it ses that I dont have any GL drivers suitible for my card etc.

I looked through the old posts on sharing cable modems and they all say the same thing. Which is to go into Network and Dial-up Connections and right click on the connection and goto properties, then the sharing tab.

Whats the big fuss on prossessor speed

You will have to excuse me but I don't understand what all of the fuss is about having the fastest prossessor. For most of us a 600 pent is more than sufficiant. Who needs a gig prossessor or two 1 gig prossessors, all's were doing is making Intel a wealther companie than it already is.

GeForce II crashes in Quake3

Tried To GeForceII cards in two dual cpu systems: A dual celery NT box, and a dual P3 coppermine system. Using the 3. 84, and 5. 1x drivers, the card continues to lock up 30seconds into the game. My older GeForce DDR works fine in with smp or not.
