Quake 3 BSOD

On starting Quake 3 in SMP 0 mode i get a BSOD reading: Invalid Page-Fault in a non-paged area. NTOSKRNL. EXE I am currently running: Celeron 466 256MB PC100 RAM Abit BP6 Viper 770U w/ 5. 22 drivers SBLive! Value with Live!Ware 3.

Hibernation/StandBy IN WIn2kPro

i'm having trouble getting either one of these to work properly under win2k. for both Standby/Hibernation, it goes off fine, but when i move mouse/turn it on, hd starts up, fan's on, but nothing is displayed.

Internal Iomega Zip Drive Connection

I'm thinking of picking up an internal Zip drive. . . . I need to know if it connects via and IDE Cable(in which case I'm screwed), or by the floppy cable(in which all is good). .

i can't use my second monitor under win2k (it works well under win98) i have an AGP Creative GeForce and a PCI S3 Virge DX/GX. . . Windows say to me that the device can't start. . . What should i do ???.

Hi, I still try to solve my W2k installation problem. I am using a DFI K6BV3+ with a K6-3 450MHz and an Adaptec 29160 SCSI controller with a WD 18300 Ultra2 LVD disk. I have tried a lot of things, but I get always the stop error: inaccessible_boot_device.

Can anyone recommend any software for my STB TV PCI video card (based on the BT848 chipset)? What software is the best for watching television or using the video capture in Windows 2000? Which ones are comaptible? I found many drivers on Many of the drivers were uploads of different brands of the chipset.

Which tv-turner card is good for windows 2000? I have an old ATI-TV turner card but ATI released a statement saying that they will no longer provide driver/software for the discountinue. I used the card to do video editing so I want a high resolution turner card to improve the quality.

Really odd Intel 2100 modem problem in win2k

NT4 - SP6a causes 'Network Neighborhood' to die

I've just done a clean install of NT4, and can succesfully install the network card and see other computers in the Workgroup, but as soon as I install SP6a I can't see any workgroups at all. After clicking through the 'Entire Network' icon, I can reach the local workgroup, but nothing is in it.
