the game crashes back to desktop after about 10-15 minutes of play. it did this with and without the newest patch (2. 0b or whatever). my current setup is: amd k6 3 450 128 megs ram diamond tnt2u w/ detonator 5.

Hi, Has anyone got Lightbringer to work under W2K? Installs okay, but fails immediately when I try to run it. Nothing listed in the event logs. People who wrote it say that they're surprised it doesn't work under W2K, but that they've never tested it under W2K either.

I can't get Crimson Skies to work on W2K, when I run it it crashes right after the Microsoft logo. Can't seem to find any help from the documents either. The game is supposed to be 100% W2K-compatible.

Im trying to use APCOMPAT. EXE to run the Command & Conquer Red Alert setup but when I press OK then APCOMPAT. EXE just freezes and I have to end its process and after I do THEN the setup. exe for red aler runs but it still says that it wont run in win2k.

Win NT and USB devices??

Does anyone know if Win NT 4 supports USB devices, particularly zip drives and drawing tablets. If not, does anyone know of any workaround. I recently changed from win 98 to win nt workstation and it would be bad if now my USB devices didn't work.

I have Version 6. 18 Nvidia drivers for my Ge-force 256 32MB all the latest Win2k updates including SP1 and i am unable to play H&D. After the configure your soldiers / weapons screen it goes to the Mission briefing screen where it shows your Waypoints etc.

My Buz Drive CD is quite messed up, it's rather scratched, so in order to install my Buz drive I need the following off the CD: \Iomega\Recordit\*. * For some reason I can install most of everything off the CD, but the recordit part screws up.

I recently saw this post on ZDNET and I have to say Why bother going to ZDNET anymore? that site is the biggest pile of BS I have ever seen, people always expect shit to be perfect, and expect 9x to run 100 % and NT is suppose to run at 0 % (accordingly to them) - Because I can.
