DVD Trouble with Windows 2000 ... HELP?!?!

i recently installed Windows 2000 and have a Voodoo 3 using the newest 1. 0. 3. 0. 0 Voodoo Series driver. my games run awesome, but i've noticed that DVDs now appear to have the same tearing effect as a game would with VSYNC turned off.

Hi, I found a while ago a web site listing games that can be played on Win2k, along with any info on patches etc that nead to be installed. It was not a microsoft web site. I though have lost the URl, do anyone knoe of a wb site that does this.

PLEASE HELP I am getting this message in Windows 2000 only. this is the message i get when i goto ADD/REMOVE PROGRAMS. an unexpected error has occured, Class not registered line:225 then i click ok and it tells me that there are no programs installed on this computer this is BS, i have to have programs installed.

Hi, I have a Geforce with a VIA 2X AGP on Windows 2000. I have got 6. 31 drivers with via 4 in 1. I have tried everything but i can't get the agp working. The DXDIAG says the agp is working but there is no difference with AGP or Without AGP (tested by 3D Mark).

Problem with geforce 2 tv out

I have a Hercules Geforce 2 GTS running the new 6. 34 detonator drivers. I have a problem with the tv out feature. It works great in win 98 but in Windows 2000 when I switch to the tv I can't switch back to the monitor.

Screen blank when open D3D games...

Hi, when I tried to run a few D3D games on W2k platform, the screen goes blank. I can still hear the music, but there's nothing displaying. In DXDIAG, I saw that Direct3D is disabled. The option to enable it isn't available.

Hi, I've got a dual boot system with win2k and winME (upgraded from win98se) and the recycled bin isn't working correctly. If I start with an empty bin and delete something it gets listed in the recycled window but as soon as I delete something in ME, the recycled bin screws up.

Strange behavour in Adobe Premiere RT 5.1!!!

hmm. . . why does premiere stop capturing after the file has 4 Gb?? and after i captured 2 files x4gb everytime my capture movie gets over 290-300 sec the premiere says it cant open the captured video and my capture gets screwed.

Sorry for posting this again, but it still seems like many people need it. This patch has only been tested on the 1004a or better BIOS, so if you don't have it you may need to get it: Here's all the download sites to get everything: Win2k/Athlon patch: Via 4 in 1: Nvidia 6.

Ive read the unattended. doc and used the setupmgr from the resource kit, but they really dont give me all the answers to the questions that are asked. Is there any place to find a more complete documentation on this subject?.

DVD Player driving me insane

Okay, I've been working on this problem for a while now, and I just can't seem to pin it down. Here's the deal: whenever I play any DVD in my DVD drive, the movie stops at some fixed point in the movie (generally about a half hour, sometimes about an hour) and won't continue past that point.
