Driver (GT Interactive) in WinNT ???

Driver (GT Interactive) is listed as being able to run in WinNT, though it requires Directx6 to run. I can't get it to work. It responds with error - 3D device not detected or something. I Have SP6, AMD 333mhz 3Dnow, 96mb Ram, 32mb Riva TNT2 M64 PCI-slot Video.

Disguise Win NT as Win 95 ???

In the FAQ Section of this great Win NT site there was a section in the FAQ section for NT4 about making applications think Win NT is Win 95. That is great it is something i need. Though i kinda got lost in those instructions.

Help me pls, I got this game to work once..

Allright about a year ago I got Thief2 and I remember when I first installed it it would do this but I discovered a way to get it to work but I havent been able to figure it out. . . Ive installed the FULL install but when I run the game it gets past the intro movies and boots me back out to windows.

Black ICE show's LAND ATTACK from (0.0.0.0)

I use Black Ice as my personal Fire Wall and love it to death. . . . But in 2k Server, Everytime I log on to the internet, or disconnect I receive a LAND ATTACK from (0. 0. 0. 0) is there a fix? I have SP1 and have all the updates from microsoft.

Is this good now for my duron 800mhz and case temps?

my case temp or system temp is now only peaks at 95 F and cpu temp peaks at 109 F which is mainly in gaming. normal use its around 89 to 91 F case temp and cpu temp around 90 to 95 F. is this bad temps? should i have more cooling to lower them more? like maybe a new heatsink/fan for processor or add a System Exhaus ...

Hiya people i really am truely ****** off to the max atm, ive installed the 4. 25(a) via motherboard drivers and use 1004 flash, and it still locks up in windows 2000! if i try loading any 3d games etc it just locks the system up and all i can do is reboot, god VIA are crap, they are giving AMD a rubbish reputation ...

my maxtor hd has gone down the pan. I am thinking of RMA'ing it back to diamond one thing is that it had w*r*z and mp3s on it, are diamind likely to look for such things, if they do find them what are they likely to do.

Geez. . . the past couple ICQ versions, I've gotten a little bar below all my message boxes with ADS in it!! I hate ads, and this really pisses me off. . . Is there an earlier version that doesn't have these ads? Or if there a way to get rid of them?.

I'm having a problem installing Win2K on a ATA33 hdd with the MSI K7T Pro 2-A m/b. During installation I get a BSOD 0x0. . 7B Inaccessible_Boot_Device stop error. After going through MS's KnowledgeBase, I realize that the problem may lie in the fact that all the IDE ports are ATA100 capable.

Hi, Running win2kpro. I would like to share my files over network, but sharing option does not show up when right clicking on any file or drive, however printers and modem can be shared, what am i missing to enable file sharing, any help appreciated.

Hello all: This is just a simple issue which I'd like some advice about. Basically, the system I'm using is, in short, an Athlon 600 (Slot 1) with 128MB SDRAM. I'm thinking of doing a bargain basement upgrade to an Athlon 700 or 800 with 256 or 384MB SDRAM.

Why is RAM so cheap?

Okay, I just bought 128mb of RAM for $88AUS. That's about $45US. What's the deal? Has someone flooded the market? Whilst I'm not complaining, I'm a little confused. Does Anyone know how to update Fifa 2001, since the EA Autoupdate Doesn't work. Windows 2428 I've Run in compatibility mode but with any luck at all, even in Win9x compatiblity mode the program runned but didn't complete.
