Security tab missing

I'm running very happy with beta 2462, I have formatted all my drives with NTFS, but when I look at the properties of folders or files, there is no security tab. There seems to be no way to set access rights to files or folders.

I've applied all the UT updates, tried every nividia set of driver's i could find, all the W2K updates, ran it in software renderer, d3d, opengl. Played in my bios, played with the memory, no overclocking, played in the registry, scoured the geforefaq.

What’s wrong with my disks? I have a directory that I can delete. No matter what I try. I even changed security settings. Chkdsk and Norton DD report nothing. Could it be a “bad cluster”? And if so what then? SK Running Win2k sp1, Fasttrack100 60G raid of 2 x Ibm Gxp 75.

Hello all: On the Documents menu in Windows Me you get, at the top, shortcuts to both My Documents and My Pictures. As I do quite a lot of work in these folders these shortcuts were very welcome (just about the only thing that was in WinMe!).

For some reason I can't have Adobe PhotoShop and anything else open or it just stops it from working and if im on IRC I get constant buffer overflows and it stops Mp3s in WinAMP. I need to be able to use Photoshop and still do other things at the same time.

OK I'm at the end of my rope I installed the latest Beta 2 of Whistler and everything works fine except my DSL modem. The modem is Korean (Korean Telecom Service) and all I know is that the Chipset is made by Alcatel.

I just updated to MSIE6 BETA, and it looks ok. But now I can no longer access my Wells Fargo Online Banking. I guess its not supported or recognized yet. Can I still use MSIE5. 5 on the same system at the same time?.
