Sure - Netmeeting allowed similar functionality. . . . This is faster, since it's essentially built on the Terminal Services model from Win2K Server editions. All I can say is it's about damned time they included something like this native to the OS.

I've got an interesting problem. I'm running XP 2481 as a member of a Windows 2000 domain. The domain consists of one Win2K box, one WinXP box, 2 Windows ME boxes, and Windows 2000 Advanced Server. The problem I'm running into is unique to XP, it appears.

i know this build is a bit old by now but i need help with it. I just installed it and when i go to log on it says you need to activate it before i can log on. Whta can i do to get passed this cos i know the 2475 activation is different to the others.

Double Taskbar Problem

Hello folks, I need some help. I'm using the 2465 version and there's this bug that just appeared recently: double quicklauch on taskbar. Also, everytime I log in and open a program or a internet page, I get 2 times the small rectangle in the taskbar.

I have Nero and can't burn wma files. It gives me so type of error(forgot to write it down). Anyway I went to Nero helptool website and it said it had to download the codec. I was wondering if anyone knew where this codec was.

I did the same thing, I installed Liveware3 and it worked just fine. When u install XP, the drivers get a little fussy but all u have to do is uninstall them and reinstall them. .

i just looked on the ntcompatible sire and it said: Monster 3D 2 (Diamond) Yes W2000 08/99 Work with INF file available on the 3Dfx FAQ page under Windows 2000 but when i went to 3dfx's site they went under so the faq page isn't there.

Hi there. Ok I have a kinda unusual and very annoying problem here. . . . with the PC. . . I have my system dual booted with Win98SE and that works fine. But, at any time when I'm on the desktop in Win2000, the system can just turn itself off and back on.

I see there are now 2 new NV Dte drivers, a WHQL 12. 41 and a new 7 series (7. 91). Has anyone tried these, and what are the differences? Heck, I had thought with all the 12's being released lately, that teh 7's were now defunct.

i just got a new machine and went to install 2k, and then just after it ran the devices bit of the install it restarted. tried 3 more times same thing. tried win98, installs fine, but restarts after the login screen.
