I have bought a few products from Netgear only to find out they are pieces of sh1t and their drivers suck and don't work or barely work. The only advanted of some of their NICs is they are pretty fast, thats if you can get the damn things to work in the first place.

Trouble with EA Sports F1 200

Has anyone played EA Sports F1 2000? I tried to run it on win2k1; the game starts fine and lets me select the driver and track. However, when it tries to load the race, the program simply quits. I aslo tried to run the game under compatibility mode, but it still doesn't work.

Hey guys, i was wondering if anyone is using the reference detonator drivers on nvidia's site. The 12. xx ones. . . are they any good? Im still using the official detonator 3s. The reason i ask is because i am getting some crappy performance in Counterstrike.

Binding dual ethernet cards

I want to open two connection between the two computers in my room. Each machine has 2 10mbps cards in it, one card from each is already part of the household domain. I want to increase the transfer speed the 2 comps, but can't find a second 100mbps card, so I'm using a 10/100 and a 10 for the second connection.

ive always been able to clean install win2k/winXP betas using a bootdisk, then typing \i386\winnt. exe, but this doesnt seem to work with RC2, and i get the usual cant install in DOS error if i run setup.

Everytime I try to burn a CD-R using Nero 5. 5 under Win2000 I get buffer underrun errors. I don't get it all. I have no other apps running and nothing serious is loaded in the system tray. I've had this problem when I was running 2k pro, but the only way I could solve it was to format and re-install. I have a SB PCI128. I was running RC1 and one day my default sound from the sound icon in the system tray, plays through my PC speaker only.

Hi, Running win2K server. . . and cannot get PASV MODE ftp to work on the FTP server. . . . Have tried everything. . . . is is NAT thats causing the problem. . . the firewall (zonealrm Pro) isnt blocking it.

How frustrating. I finally receive the RC-2 download notice, get home, start the download, and. . . . . get 9-11k/s. This is far below the 1,300k/s that I have seen a time or two, the 200-400k/s that I get on a regular basis, and the 100k/s that I got while downloading RC-1.

Det drivers not giving full refresh in games

Ive had this problem since the. . . uhh i dunno maybe 8 series of dets. I run nvrefresh and it sets my refresh rate to the max supported but when i go in games its only around 85. Anyone else get this??.
