Slow FPS with GeForce 2

Ok, so my friend here has Celeron 533 384 MB RAM GeForce 2 MX 400 64 MB AGP (Asus 7100 I guess) Windows 98 (God forbid) now. . . he has latest Via, latest DirectX, and 12. 41 det drivers, and latest flashed bios for his mobo.

Please HELP! EXE Troubles

This absolutely MAKES NO DAMN SENSE! If I have an. EXE file on the my Desktop D:\Documents. . . . . \Administrator\Desktop , when I double click it won't LOAD. It just clicks and then nothing, it won't work! If I move the file to a different place everything is fine.

Hello everyone. I have a ASUS A7V133 motherboard with an onboard Promise FastTrak100 Lite/Simple Controller. I have my 2 hard drives attach to it. I had no problem installing Win98 SE and Linux on it.
