Help with NTVDM.EXE

I just reinstalled Win2k today and so far (with many restarts) the file ntvdm. exe is constantly running (as shown on the processes menu in taskmanager) and is using 50% of my cpu's at all times. Does anyone know why the Virtual DOS Machine might be running at all times and how I might stop it? Thanks in advance.

I am sure this question has been asked an answered many times. But anyways, ;( How can i get Dual Boot working using boot. ini in WinNT4 under this setup: First Primary Partition - WinNT4 (NTFS) Second Primary Partition - Win98 (FAT32) PS.

Driver - GT Interactive in Win2k, help!

Has anyone been able to get Driver (By GT Interactive) to work in Win2K. It is the best car game, it Rocks When i set the config, it comes up with Configuration Error. I have checked out DirectX (I have DirectX8) It seems that it is not supporting AGP acceleration.

Hi all - quick question. . . I was looking for an easier way to manage hotfixes across a few servers (8 to be exact) and saw something on a MS KB article about hfx. exe, but can't find it or any other references.

Well, my win2k is in danger of being reinstalled right about now. Good thing I have win98 dual booted so I can get on this forum and ask questions The deal is that, when booting win2k, it stops the process about halfway, and the BSoD pops up with the error, PAGE FAULT IN NONPAGED AREA.

i formatted my harddrive the other day due 2 problems i have been having. but in doing so i lost the drivers for my intel network card its a pci 10/100 ethernetexpress 100a which according 2 the ntcompatible list is not compatible.
