I have a problem with Forsaken, i updated it to version 1. 01 and now it wants me to install directx 6. 0 although i have directx 8. 1 what shall I do?.

Anyone know where I can download this? The link at the microsoft site does NOT work. Here's the link for good measure: After Agreeing, you end up with a error page =( Also, the new version (2. 6) doesn't seem to work in Win2k with SP3 installed (I get an error about not being able to load a database).

Ok so when I reinstall XP, I have to spend ages getting the look back to how I want it from the default. You know, colour scheme, all the menu bars in explorer / outlook, text style & size, etc, ect.

Hidden and Dangerous Deluxe crashes oddly.

I've gotten this game just now and until now everything A-OK. Maybe some poor mouse movements occasionally but allegedly that's just the way it is. Now, in a mission2/campaign 4 the game simply refuses to co-operate=crashes.

Ok. . . . I downloaded NAV 2003 beta. . . . . but when I go to get rid of it I get an error msg that says that a fatal error occured and that the process can't continue. Soo. . . I blew away the NAV folder and removed almost everything that referenced NAV in the registry.

I can't get Winxp SP1 to work smooth on my computer, everytime I close a window explorer, I have this delay, everything pauses for about 1 second, for example, when open windows explorer, browse around, close it and right click on something or click on the start button, it pauses for 1 second and then the menu pops up.

hi there, i bought myself a new computer: motherboard is gigabyte with KT400 and other fancy stuff. i also have hdd WD 120gb 7200rpm ata100. when turning on the computer, it checks for some ata133 stuff and it tells nothing was found.

Hey anyone got this game and had problems with it using up all ur pagefile space. . . . . mine is set at 350mb min and 800mb max and it slowly goes upto 800mb and then says my virtual mem is too low and windows is making my pagefile larger then the game freezes up and crashes to desktop screen.

Hey all, i am an avid fan on winrar, i just like it alot more then winzip, well, had to extract some archives today, and had i think about 29 of em all at the same time extracting on a server with apIII 700 and 512mb of memory and look at winrar go! - each file was about 100- 150 mb.

Does anyone know if this is possible, and how? You cant play GP4 over the internet but it supports LAN network play. Ive got a VPN router, which all works fabulously when my mate connects to me. But when either one of us trys to host or join a network game in GP4 no sessions show.

I have installed DirectX 8. 0a on my laptop running Windows 2000. I am running an application that requires DirectX. When run, it actually runs Direct Player 6. 0 but a message saying This program needs at least 3MB of virtual memory to run.
