1. Delete the doomconfig. cfg file in the BASE directory. 2. Execute Doom. 3. Hit the ~ key 4. Use r_mode 0-8 to change resolution: 0=320X240 1=400X300 2=512X384 3=640X480 4=800X600 5=1024X768 6=1152X864 7=1280X1024 8=1600X1200 Type vid_restart to initite video change.

hey i got an idea now if someone can pass through bugenisaihr part (the weird Red's grandpa), is the observatory part that always bug my game, can PLS pass it for me?!? here use my save: just go to him, do all u need to do and save , pls pls PS.

There's a part in the game when your in Cosmo Canyon and you have to listen to the old man's story in his observatory. When he starts talking it goes then when the white text come out it just stays there but the game is still running.

windows xp problem

k i leave xp on over night and i will get an annoyoing ass add pop up like the one i attached (usually some anoting or other junk thing) task manager tracks it back to csrss. exe (the ip it displays on the add is mine) anyone know how to stop this or what it is?.

Ok Win2k problems

Ok win2k shutdown takes like 20 secs. All my 3d games takes between 10 to 20 secs to exit back out to desktop after quit is selected. Mouse is jerky and sound is jittery sometimes when playing mp3's and games.

Hi. . . I've a client machine on a small win2000 Lan here in China. The lan keeps on losing the internet but I discover that a programme busy downloading is still downloading - and a web page I have I can still refresh.

net config server reports maximum 10 users

I am a client on a small win2000 lan here in china and net config server reports maximum logged on users as 10. When I showed this to the (chinese) lan manager he was very surprised and wants to know why and wants to change it - he will shortly need more users.

When I instal windows XP there is somekinda music file in the end of the instal, when you choose to register online or not, I really like that song, any one know how I get it (must be on the cd but _I_ cant fint it)?

Has anyone got the Diamond DTV2000 to work with Win 2000. . I see on this site that the NT drivers found on the diamond europe site are supposed to work. . I have not been able to get them to work. .

Well I just installed win2k and installed SP3 and then went through the fiasco of downloading and instaling the new promise driver to fix the conflict between my ultra100tx2 and SP3. Well now all is done but I am getting hiccups in audio when playing mp3's and I never had this with my TB Santa cruz before under xp ...

Enabling DMA 100 under Windows 2000

The subject says it all. How do u enable DMA 100? I ran a Sisoft Sandra test which gave me a result that match the one of a DMA 66 drive. My drive is a Seagate IV 40Gb IDE 100. I also ran PC-Mark 2002 which gave me score about 600.

Problems with Sygate Office Network

Hi, I am using Sygate Office Network 4. 2 (build 803) for NAT on my Gateway computer. . . But the problem is that it stops working after some days (usually after one or two days of uptime) and sometimes restarting the sygate engine fixes the problem but other times not and I have to restart my server.
