Its been a while since I last posted here, been out in the scary real world. Anyways, I don't seem to be able to install any of the 40. xx series of detonator drivers on Windows XP. I have a GF3, which has worked fine with the other drivers.

ok just insalled windows xp and installed cs but in cs i noctice i get quiet a bit of mouse lag like its slower then normal is there a way to fix this or if ne one has had this problem and has fixed it can u tell me how to fix it my email is WIECH101@buffalo.

Hello there, Hopefully someone can help me out. . . I have a win2k machine and 98se machine hooked up using a linksys befsr41. File sharing is working fine between the two. The printer, HP photosmart 1115, is physically connected to the win2k machine and I have it set up to share.

Windows update always reports that there are 0 updates, in all categories, for my system. I before you even ask, as others have, no it isnt a pirated copy of 2000. I own my copy of 2000 pro. I have SP3 and SP1 IE6 installed, I installed both hoping to solve the problem.

Well fireburner starts up and i click to burn and the widow just shuts and the burn light stays on on my burner and dosent burn. And i tyred that aspi layer trick for xp reg edit and cdr win still doesnt find my burner.

Hey guys, I've been pondering this for quite some time now. If I have two machines, both with 2 NICs, and have 2 crossover cat5 cables, would it be possible to effectively double the bandwidth between the two machines? I assume that this would require some additional software, but do not know of any.

With Win98 and Me you could use /im as a command line switch to force it to install even if there was less ram than required. Is there a similar switch for Win2k? BTW, if this is already out there I did try a search, but had no desire to filter through 9000 matches.

Like many here i have a network problem. This is the slow xp network browsing problem. I have found many suggestions and have fixed half my problems The problem is I have the three computer in a network sharing a hub/router.

I have an NT network set up with many 98 and workstation clients, and I'm trying to connect some new XP machines. Is there a way to set up the machines to show the NT login at bootup ? It defaults to the XP workstation login.
