Epson C82 Driver Problem

I just installed an Epson Stylus C82 printer and driver. The driver included with the printer was marked compatible with Win2000. As it turned out the driver corrupted my registry. I was only able to boot in safe mode.

I want to upgrade my old Geforce2 GTS, but not sure if I should get a Geforce 4ti 4600 or a Radeon 9700 Pro. Any ideas? Also, I only have a Athlon XP 1600+, should I upgrade the processor instead? What do you all think?.

this is my girlfriends computer and she recently bought a new NEC multisync FE700+ monitor. The picture is great, but when the desktop is clear of all windows and a window opens, the whole screen expands and stays expanded until all windows are closed again.

Internet connection sharing: WinXP sharing with Win2k

I'm trying to set up a home network that can connect to the internet where one PC shares its connection with the rest (there are 3 PC's in all); the PC's have different OS's. The PC that is sharing its connection is running Windows XP Pro.

Can Corel PhotoPaint 8.0 Save .RLE images?

Hi I don't have Color PhotoPaint 8 installed, because I'm not terribly crazy about the program, but I'm wondering is it able to save. RLE images? I would rather use. RLEs in my visual basic applications than normal.

The XP computers keep loosing their connection to the network. They reconnect automatically and then they loose it again. They have little red X marked next to mapped drives. Is it just a timeout function of XP, how can it be adjusted? It did for a breif moment connect for 5mins, but was unanle to ping WinNt server ...
