Disable warning dialog when moving start menu shortcuts?

Running Win2k w/sp3; when you move a start menu shortcut by drag and drop with administartor rights a warning dialog box comes up stating that it will affect all users. How do you get rid of that annoying box?.

Anyone know what virtual NIC service running as PackethSvc. exe does. I did a search and found nothing. Also, no info is given is the Administration, Services. I'm trying to get rid of anything I don't need.

Pulling my hair out because I thought this would be easy. Boy was I wrong. Here goes my setup: Installed 2 NICs, both with IPs setup properly Went into the registry in enabled Ip Forwarding, and a ipconfig /all reports Ip forwarding as yes.

Hi guys: just bought an IBM P96 19 monitor capable of 1600x1200@85 hz. . . but i can't go beyond 1280x1024@60 hz the drivers from IBM don't help at all Win XP insist in limit me at 1280. . . . . Any clue how fix the problem? Is there any manner to customize the monitor settings? thanks in advance.

I am looking for advice on the Game Pad Pro. Microsoft is impossible to get help from, so this looked like a good forum to try. Many of my games use the Up, Down, Left, & Right cursor buttons to control the character.

Well, here's the current system I'm trying to get going. MSI KT3 Ultra2 athlonxp 2100 w/ a volcano7 geforce 2mx 256mb ddr333 60gb maxtor 7200 32x lg cd I previously had a (generic) 300w. . Well, that was enough to run at 2100+ with random reboots on heavy loads.
