2K server, running DHCP server, 1 Nic 2 IP addresses Nowork

Is this behavior by design, is it a microsoft bug, is it how the dhcp service is suposed to run? After much testing I discovered why my 2 DHCP servers weren't working. They each have 2 IP address and one nic each.

I would like to migrate our network from NT server to Win2000 server. Since I am not fully verse with AD yet can I upgrade to 2000 using local. domain. com just within our network only. We have internet access that we use for email and website.

VisualReality - (Voodoo 3500) and XP

After installing XP i realised that VisualReality (the tv software for woodoo 3500) did not function. I have tried using both the win2k and 98 version of the software with out any luck. Anybody got a clue? Or am I the only one having this problem?.

Hey all The network we have here we will be allowing 1 outside computer on to it, but we have alot of shared drives and such, i know i can go through and put in user accounts and such etc, but thas alot of shared drives and folders i would have to do that on.

I'm installing Thief 1, version Gold on my Windows 2000 Pro, SP3. When I run the install program, it shows the splash and says that it copies necessary files to start the installation. The they disappear and nothing happens.

Wheel oF Time will not run on Windows 2000 using APCOMPAT

I have Wheel of time , only listed fro Windows 98. Tried compatibilty, no luck get MVSCRT. dll not compatible with win32s. Any clues? Also says debugger detected must unload. Need a clue or outright help.

Removing SCSI disk wreaks havoc on dual boot system :(

The scenario: Win2K on a single SCSI disk (ID#0). I added a 2nd disk (ID#3), installed Redhat 8 on it & used the system in a dual boot configuration without any problem. If I physically remove the disk with Redhat on it, my system does not boot into Windows.

If you have new Windows Media Player with playlist opened with mp3's and if you have mp3 with ID3 (v1 or v2) like this: Author: Author and Title: Title, the author won't be shown!!! but, if you have id3 saved like this: Author: Author and Title: Author + Title, the author will be shown.

Warcraft III XP Problem

This is really starting to annoy me. I can play Warcraft III fine for about 15 - 20 minutes but then it randomly crashes and give me an exception in war3. exe. I have tried using the -swtnl switch as well as the -opengl switch, but neither have fixed the problem.

I know for Win 98 there was a program called End it all, to stop everything that wasn't needed, is there anything like that for XP Pro or at least a list of things that need to run, I need all the extra resources I can get for gaming til all my stuff gets here for my new machine.

I dunno if anyone else has had this problem, but ever since I downloaded Service Pack 1 for Windows XP, my computer has been rebooting itself whenever it feels like it, and also just shutting the computer off whenever.

I previously posted re: CD-ROM problems - thanks all for your help but still no joy. it was suggested to tri a reinstall. I have the original CD-ROM and went for the 'upgrade' prompt. All was well until the system reboots after the initial bit of the install and prompts for the disc to be inserted in the CD ROM.
