WinTV just nixed my fragile stability

This is a discussion about WinTV just nixed my fragile stability in the Windows Hardware category; Just wondering if anyone has any hints as to how to tweak Hauppauge!'s WinTV. . . whenever I change channels, it crashes my computer cold. . . requiring the master power switch I'm running Detonator 5.

Just wondering if anyone has any hints as to how to tweak Hauppauge!'s WinTV...whenever I change channels, it crashes my computer cold...requiring the master power switch
 
 
I'm running Detonator 5.32 on a GeForce DDR..if the video card has anything to do with it.
