LiveWare startup sound

I finally got liveware for win2k installed, but shouldn't it be playing the startup and shutdown sounds? All my other sounds work, and i have the startup and shutdown sounds on, but how come there isnt anysound when im starting up and shutting down?

Hello, Where are the Folder Icon settings in the registry? Programs like IconPackager don't function that correctly. Anyhelp? Thanx.

Removing items from the quick menu??

I was wondering if anyone knew how to remove items from the quick menu (right click) in windows 2000. ex. when I right click on my computer Paint Shop Pro 6 added a quick menu entry for edit with paintshop.

Hi, Today after I goto admin tools and look at things, (didn't change any settings) my event log under application log i got an error everytime i boot, source is Perfnet and error message is unable to open the server service, server performance data will not be returned.

Folder tips (Win2000)

File -> New -> Folder Use the following to create a browsable folder that works in the Start Menu or Toolbar: (Network and Dial-up Connections) String Name. {7007ACC7-3202-11D1-AAD2-00805FC1270E} (Control Panel) String Name.

My Computer

How can I set it so when I go to my computer, or even windows explorer, it defaults to My computer and not My documents. . . . gets annoying BoDEAN.
