Anyone have a regsistry file to optimize XP for a Cable/DSl connection? I know I can use Tweak-XP or X-Setup, but I would rather not install some 3rd party shareware. .

About Folder Views

Losts
I usually view folders and files in lists. And it can applies to all folder and I'm happy with it. With WinXp, I could be able to have more different views in folders, like in folder with pictures I can view them as thumbnails, filmstrips, etc, and I love that feature, it make those folders look better.

Kriker
Anyone, I just upgraded a Win98SE PC to Win2k Professional. It was the upgrade for Win2k. 98 was a fresh install and when I selected the upgrade option, I did have it keep the programs installed intact.

Why does system reboot?

SnapperOne
Installed Win2000-Pro several weeks ago as a complete install, not an install over Win98SE. Have come across something I don't understand. I have the monitor set to go-to-sleep after 30 minutes of inactivity, but leave the PC and hard drive alone.

crash

SiMoVsKy
I'm running windows 2000 on a celeron 500, with 64mb ram, 12gb hd, and a riva tnt 2, I was running on a FAT32 filesystem, and then I changed to NTFS, and windows started to crash, I changed again to FAT32 but win still crashes, the cause isn't the filesystem.
