Is there another link for SP4 Network Install?

Anyone know another place to download the network install of SP4 other than M$? It's 132 megs and I am downloading at 3. 6kbps from them on cable. It started out at 90 then was at 3. 6 30 seconds later.

Hi everyone, Until now Ive been happy using my computers in a peer to peer network. But now there are more of them (5 infact) and more people use them. Along with these computers theres is a broadband wireless router.

I did a google search but didn't find anything. I'm asking because I realised that file was running at startup now and taking a lot of juice! Also my cable lights kept flashing like I was downloading something but I wasn't! So I installed Zone Alarm and kept getting attacked by the same IP.

I should know this..but (IRQ Question)

I just noticed while going over my system information that IRQ 9 has a billion things on it. NIC card, Sound Card, USB Host Controller, ACPI-Compliant System, VIA USB Host Controller,. Now I have never had to change IRQ's with Win2K as of yet.

Hi, I'm desperately looking for some assistance. AMD 1. 35 512 ram geforce 4 ti 4600 128 ram Sound blaster audigy 2 80 gig hd xp home When playing a game, it crashes anywhere from instantly to a couple minutes into the game, but nothing further.

Ever since the release of SP3 for Win2k Pro, my system freezes during shutdown. It saves settings, then says windows is shutting down, and when that dialog goes away, FREEZE. I can hear my hard drive shutdown the moment it happens.

So my WIFI internet went down the other day, so I had to install a modem as a backup for access. But I did NOT want to shutdown. I had million webpages open and other projects open etc. So I figured, Ill hibernate the PC and install the modem and see what happens.

Problem Splitting .AVI files

I want to be able to slipt up large. AVI files. I have tried programs such as boilsoft's avi & mpeg slitter, and Doeasier's Easy video splitter. Both programs wont work for. avi files as they say they will.

winxp wont shut down

I just got a new computer and installed winXP on it, but when I try to shut down it just hangs after the windows is shutting down prompt, goes to a blank blue screen and nothign short of a reset will get it to respond.

Sorry for the long winded dscription but I can't find the right terminology. I would like to disable some applications that launch themselves from an entry in the registry or somewhere else. How do I find and disable the entry - I recall there was a term in the registry to search for.
