Mousewheel doesn't work on Win2k

Hi, the wheel of my Logitech-Mouse doesn't work with MaxPayne and Quake3Arena in Windows 2000. I have installed DX8, ServicePack2 and the newest Logitech-driver. On Windows 98SE it works very well and on standard Win-Apps in Win2k it works too.

for Jane's World War 2 Fighters: well, it says on this site that the game works in win2k with no problems. I installed the game, and i tryed to play it, but it wont even start when I click on the shortcut.

Is there any way at all to enable Vesa 1. 0 while running win2k? The game currently in question is Death Rally, but many others also want Vesa. The video card I happen to be using is Geforce 2 Go but that shouldn't matter.

Hi guys have any of you got fleet cammand by janes to work on w2k? I'm using a dell inspiron 4000,PIII 700mhz, 128mb ram, 10 gig, 24 xcdrom internal modem. The game wont install at all. any experience or advice appreciated later doggiebone.

DC30 Pro problems in XP?

Hi. I have been using my DC30 Pro in windows 2000 just fine (accept for the 2gb limit), and I was wondering if anyone had problems in windows xp? Thanks. OH. . . what program do you use that is free to get around the 2 gb file size limit? IE, breaks the video into 2 gig clips on the fly.

Driver - GT Interactive in Win2k, help!

Has anyone been able to get Driver (By GT Interactive) to work in Win2K. It is the best car game, it Rocks When i set the config, it comes up with Configuration Error. I have checked out DirectX (I have DirectX8) It seems that it is not supporting AGP acceleration.

Does anyone have an idea how to get old dos4gw games running under xp (and 2000) ? These games use Dos4GW instead of Msdos to boot up but since 2000 I haven't been able to start any of them. I'd really like to replay Duke though.

Anyone manage to get the patch to install under XP, im using RC1 and the game runs perfectly. But when i double click the patch to install it, it just comes up with an xp error report. .

TombRaider under Win 2000?

Tried installing TombRaider I, instant crash. Win 2000, Micron 1. 2GHz, 256RAM, Nvidia GeForce2 GTS. I think I need DOS drivers or something. Anybody have hints? Thanks. .

I see on the listing for B&W that many people have issues with the game and the 'MX video card. I too have this problem. The game locks up rightafter the intro. I stuck a TNT2m64 and the game ran perfectly.

DOS games under win2k with NTFS / EMS

Hello everyone. I have a DOS games that requires an expanded memory manager to be present while it runs. Now, since I'm running NTFS on my hard drive, using a boot disk cannot solve this issue! Therefore, I would like to be able to run it under windows 2000 professional.
