Hi, I was trying to install the classic Sentinel returns when it said that it could not find my OS. I have been using that windowscompatible program to fool my cdplayer to let it run under a win 98 OS settings.

XP pro, dos and foresight

Got a super cheap deal on a box last year - bought without software. When I installed XP (about the limit of my ability) I forgot to partition the Hdrive for dos. now I'm well upset cos all those childhood games won't run.

It's simple to get NFS4 working in XP. Download the patch: download this so it can override the device3d detector to the new version Then download the crack: thats it my friend.

Ok, I'm a huge Monty Python freak. . . and I picked up The Meaning of Life out of the Bargain bin for $1. 99. So, I'm running WinXP Home w/ Service Pack 1. However, when I tried to install the game, it tells me This program requires Windows NT 4.

I read on the compatibility list that The 7th Guest is compatible with 2000/XP, and I found a DirectX. exe for the game. I remember, though, that my primary compaint with the game ages ago was that the voice was too muffled.

Ok, fans of the original 7th Guest and 11th Hour: you MUST watch this! Anyone know more info about this title, such as a release date? It SOUNDS like The Fat Man is doing the score again! just the music from that site brings me back to yesteryear! Incredible score in those games!

Hi. I've done some research on running 1830 (the old avlon hill dos game based on the original boardgame) on the net, and some people seem to be able to run it out of the box with no problems. This is only under win XP.

The guy who did it owuld have found another reason to go nuts and kill someone anyways. Instability is instability. I'd hate to see games censored or banned for reasons like this. games dont make people go nuts and kill others; being nuts in itself does that.

Problems with GTA III in Win XP Prof !

I dl the patch for Xp Prof that should have fixed GTA III. I went to look fot it in Google. That solved the menu screen from displaying nothing. But as soon as you say new game , it only loads a small bit then throws you an exception error.

;( I have an Evo N600c Notebook with a P111 1GHZ 512MB RAM 20Gb Hdd and a 16 Mb Radeon video card. Here's the problem I can run driver flawlessly for hours then when I'm into Castle Wolfenstein as soon as the sound gets intense it will lock up solid then i get the device failure when I reboot.

I would like to know the procedure on how to run vdsmsound. For example if I want sound in gabriel knight sins of the fathers (Ist part) then after having installed vdsmsound on xp should i run it directly.
