Anyone had luck with this? I downloadd it from OldGames. com and it's supposd to be the full, complete thing. OK, when I start, I get the intro without sound (even with VSDM), start menu and then it starts complaining for not having enough memory and whatnot.

To load or not-to-load a version of DirectX?

I am attempting to load Sudden Strike. The install is asking me if I want to install DirectX 7. 0a. 1) How do I tell what version of DirectX is already loaded? And, 2) If the version of DirectX I have is newer than 7.

After doing some searches on here for a few days, I saw a few ways to get this game working on earlier versions of WIN2k. Well I tried all, but only one actually worked. . I saw that some people were having a problem finding the imagecfg.

is it possible to get this game to work in XP? i've tried compatability modes but it doesn't seem to do any good. i can install fine but when i try to play it tells me i have no cd in the drive, i've tried it w/ the cd in, and using daemon tools to no avail.

just wanted to let all of the hardcore FF7 fans that the newest nvidia drivers fix the texture corruption with those crazy messed up pallette textures when turning on AA at either 2x 4x or Quincunx. the newest nvidia drivers release from the company are WHOL certified at version 44.

Hello, I have a dell 8300 cop with Radeon 9800 analogic flat scree 17 (res 1280x1024 60Hz, 512 ddr 400 I normally install my original french version of B&W. But, when I try to launch the game it aborts afer 10% I upgraded my ati drivers to catalyst 3.

Gunship! multiplayer bug... Fixable?

Anyone know anything about this game? Here's the cool part: you can play multiplayer, one person the pilot, the other person the copilot of the same helicopter. The problem is that for some reason, the pilot HUD isn't showing the direction of the copilot's aim.

Fullthrottle MAC version on Windows XP?

Hi All, I'm having trouble finding the game: LucasArts fullthrottle. All the places I checked out (lucasarts. com, ebay) want ridiculous amounts for it. I'm sorry but I don't thinks its worth it to pay anywhere from $14 to $25 for a 1995 game.
