hi i recently install mw3 w/ the 2 patches (m11 & m12), it boots up fine, runs the movie and i can change the options, then loads up the mission then freezes once it gets into game w/music still playing from cdrom, is there a patch for this or a way to get around this bug, i have w2000 2195.

UT and TNT2 Ultra

I have a PIII-600 128 RDRAM TNT 2 Ultra W2k eval copy Build 2195 I can only get UT to run in a window. . . Any suggestions??? Thanks.

I have UT working fine on my system with no patches installed. . . so if you are having trouble this might help also Mechwarrior 3 works fine and Quake 2 and glQuake 1, but if you get an error message at the time of install like I did with mech3 just ignore it and the game will setup.

UT crashes Win2k when it exits!

I just installed UT, upgraded it to 405, and also installed the V3 drivers from Chameleon's site. Everything works ok, except, when I exit from UT using the menu option, it TOTALLY crashes Win2k. Ctrl-Alt-Del doesn't even respond, so I have to do a manual reset.

Has anyone got this game to work in win2k yet? i've tried in both RC2, RC£ and the final version of win2k pro, but it never works. The frontend loads and i get all the way through the options until its starts loading the race and then it just quits back to the desktop without any errors or anythings.

Networking Win98 & Win2k for Games

Just before I upgrade I need to know this. If one of my computers is running Win98 and the other Win2k (FINAL), will I be able to play games over the LAN or not? -Thanks in advance.

Voodoo3 3000 / Win2k / Quake 3

I am having trouble getting quake3 to run correctly. At first it woudn't run, i installled this (v3w2k-beta2. exe) and i read another post with someone who had the same problem. I had the red screen and the distorted video.

ms sidewinder gamepad

i am having a really weird prob with the sidewinder gamepad, win2k, and madden 2k. windows detects my joystick just fine and it runs fine in the tests. but in madden 2k the joystick doesn't respond properly and it looks like madden 2k is detecting it as a gravis pad.

mouse probs with Q3

Hi, I got a ms intellimouse explorer. I installed intellipoint 3. 0 and the mouse works correctly in win2k. But Q3 doesn't find the 2 side buttons of the mouse It thinks that they are both the same.

Let's fix sticky keys once and for all. . . The sticky keys problem that people face is a failry common problem on some high-end machines. It has been my experience (and our company's) that this has to due with PS2 keyboard and mice communication.
