Detonator uninstallation problems

First off, I'm running Windows 2000 SP2 on a VisionTek GF3, but I use detonator drivers. After I uninstall a previous version of detonator drivers using the add/remove programs wizard, I have problems installing new ones.

RAM Problem, please read (to at least be intrigued)

Alright, so I bought this new ram. I have a be6-ii, but the problem happens on my old gateway system as well. The ram is by a company who's initials are LD. LD is all over the ram. Anyway, I have like eight chips of it (hehe) and it's 128MB, Cas 2.

I have a a problem with my USB I have updated my BIOS for my board and done everything I can think of to make the USB controller on the board to work. Windows 2000 does not know of the firmware for it.

Hi Guys. I was wondering is anybody else having problems with the drives above. especially in the raw mode or for any fancy recording (bootable etc. ) I use nero, Goldenhawk and Blind write. there always seems to be something wrong with the end products.

Can anyone help me with this, I decided to try out the keydisk function that i found in windows xp (file in system32 called syskey, its also in win2K) Anyway, it all went fine and i selected to use a disk when starting the pc up and placed a disk in the drive and it wrote the data.

ok, get this, this problem messes with my mind. Installed HL, the 1107 update and CS 1. 1, now whenever i exit the game and return to the desktop, my mouse speed is sooo d. amned slow that i have to go to Mouse Properties and crank it all the way up, if i restart it goes back to normal.

hardware or software problem?

i recently formatted and tried to reinstall win2k,but i kept getting this system root/nt/32. dll error at startup,would not load windows whatsoever, so i went through and tried numerous things and the only thing that worked was to put my cd-rom on the secondary ide channel and completly disconnect my dvd drive.

I just some bad news about 3dfx and WindowsXP

Well boys & girls it look like WindowsXP RC1 will not be getting any Voodoo3,4,5 drivers they have been pull from WindowsXP build 2499. My guest would be nVidia woudln't give MS the source code for the 3dfx cards, Man is nVidia is evil they just want to trash anything that 3dfx related.

monitor screen res problem in 2k

Wonder if you guys can help me? I have a Belinea 10 30 40 17 monitor which I know can do 1600x1200 @60. It's covered in the manual, hasit on the box, hell the inf file even has 'max res 1600' in it somewhere.

Is there a way to check the "version" of an NTFS v

I heard that the NTFS implemented by Windows XP and that of Windows 2000 are different, although both backwards and forwards compatible. I was wondering if there is a way to check which version of NTFS a drive has been formatted with?.
