Overclocking a P3 650MHZ to 866MHZ is it safe....

Is it possible to overclock a p3 650 to 866mhz without frying it? Or worrying some thing bad will happen!? If so i would be like 8) then like I am running it right now to test but i would like to put the experts to the test i know p3 700 overclocks fine to 933mhz Thx in advance!

Gamepad with 8 Buttons (w2k)

Hello, i use a Saitek x34 Gamepad with 8 Buttons. The manufactor does not provide drivers for w2k. I tried to modify the w2k standard inf file for game adapters, but i was only able, to use 4 Buttons with the generic w2k driver.

CD drives not working with RC1

has this happened to anyone else? I have a Hitachi DVD ROM, and a Mitsumi 4x CD burner. Each one worked fine when I first installed RC1, then after I installed Nero, and uninstalled Nero, is I think where the problem started.

Well I know it's a long shot but I thought my mp3 would work under windows2k but it didn't. I was wondering if anyone have any idea on how to make it work? The device itself is recognized by the windows and drivers can be installed for atleast 1 parts of it.

Ok, so my friend here has Celeron 533 384 MB RAM GeForce 2 MX 400 64 MB AGP (Asus 7100 I guess) Windows 98 (God forbid) now. . . he has latest Via, latest DirectX, and 12. 41 det drivers, and latest flashed bios for his mobo.

Det drivers not giving full refresh in games

Ive had this problem since the. . . uhh i dunno maybe 8 series of dets. I run nvrefresh and it sets my refresh rate to the max supported but when i go in games its only around 85. Anyone else get this??.

Hardware config for a print server serving 500 users

Hi, I'm planning on building a print server under Windows 2000 workstation and there'll be a total of 500 users connected to it. There won't be 500 concurrent connections but I'd imagine 100-150 at worst.

Hello - I'm looking for an upgrade motherboard which supports AMD's Athlon (probably 1. 4GHz) and PC2100 DDR RAM. I've looked at a few Asus ones so far. Can anyone here recommend a good motherboard which supports both these, and works well with XP? (especially ACPI/Hibernate etc).
