I bought a Saitek 8 button analog/digital gamepad waaaay bback in my win98 days. It's software isn't exactly NT/2k friendly. Does anyone know of a generic 8 button driver for win2k?.

21. 81 to 21. 85 image quality got better if just a tad tiny bit slower. 21. 83? I am going to install them tonight since they are WHQL, but i was wondering what experiences every one else is having with these minorly differet flavors of DetanatorXP drivers on their geforce and TNT whatevers.

Visioneer Not supporting 6100b in W2K?

Visioneer has not written Windows 2000 drivers and doesn't plan to write drivers for many scanners. They state that W2K is not an upgrade path from Windows 98. Does anyone know of another driver that will allow a parallel port Visioneer 6100b scanner to work under W2K? Thanks.

Memory Question

When i boot and the system i counting up my memory (BIOS says to 512Mb) it says 524288k (524288/1024=512Mb) and i got 512Mb of ram in my system 2x128 and 1x256 so far so good. But when i look in the system in Windows (w2k) it says 523740k why ??? 548k is missing its the same in Win98 it says 511Mb shouldnt i read 5 ...

Auto Turn Off

OK! Windows 2000 and Windows ME both will turn the PC off when i shutdown but WinXP 2526 insists on not turning the computer off. Just leaves the display message that its now safe to turn off the computer.

Audigy problems!!! Snap, crackle, pop!

I uninstalled my soundblaster live and replaced it with my new Audigy OEM. Used the drivers that came on it's CD, and it installed fine. Music sounds much improved on this card (especially. mod's with 16bit samples), but I'm having serious issues.

Game Theater XP under Win XP/2K

I have a Hercules Game Theater XP and in windows XP and 2K all that comes out of it is noise. No sounds, just noise. Ive read else where on NT Compatible that its a driver prob but can be fixed if you install an nVidea GFX card.
