K7 Pro ATX IR3 Mainboard

Hello there, I have a K7 Pro MS-6195 ATX IR3 Mainboard with a AMD Athlon 650mhz Processor. I want to have a faster system. Can I replace a higher processor such as for exemple a AMD XP 1600+ or a AMD XP 1800+.

Dual monitors question...

Ok, I just installed dual monitors, everything seems to be working in relativly good order except ONE THING! The secondary PCI card says it is the #1 card under the Display Properties in stead of the #2 device.

Why with my Santa cruz sound card in my computer i get hard lockup in 3dmark2001SE and games. In games the sound repeats when its locks up. I am on windows 2000 pro with SP2. Ok my system specs are: Abit KT7A raid mobo Athlon XP 1800+ 256 MB of pc133 sdram by crucial Maxtor 45 gig 7200 rpm HD with ATA 100, < 8.

I'm currently putting back together a system with all my old devices so I can sell it as a whole and I have a Diamond Viper 550 (TNT 1) in it. Does anyone knows which are the latest official Detonators drivers which support the TNT 1 chipset or the best for that specific card?.

Partitioning help

Ok guys here is the deal, I have a Western Digital 80GB 7200 RPM drive configured as 4 20GB FAT32 partitions. I had Windows 98 SE installed on C:, and Windows 2000 Pro SP2 on D:, E: and F: are just room for programs and stuff.

modem driver

Could anyone please help me with my problem. I am working under windows xp and possess an Ambient modem. THe present driver I have only allows me to down load at around 30,000bps and not 44,000 like it should.

So yeah winnt4 and sblive won't work properly: As you can see, the driver is listed but I can't select it. I installed the latest version of sound blaster drivers for winnt4. I have a 5. 1 but it said it wasn't 5.

Artic Silver 3: general questions ?

I installed last week my brand new Volcano 7 with Artic Silver 3. I was told by my reseller that I should, once a month, wipe AS3 out and put a fresh layer of it on the cpu core because AS3 dries and temps might go up again.
