I have been offered on of these cards for $AUS100 ($US50). Should I buy it? Is there any issues with this card and XP or my systems specs that anyone knows about. What about the KYROII chipset? Thanks, F.

This sound card wont work properly. Its the card that has 2 line outs on the back, one mic jack, and one line in jack. . . . now the problem im having is i cant get it to output to four speakers. . i have to sets of speakers.

Can I use Voodoo 2 3D-accelerator PCI (12 Mb) and Voodoo 3 2000 AGP (16 mb) together in same computer? If I can what advantage I´ll have? ;(

This one (wxp-radeon-6-13-10-6118-efg) doesn't works on my All-in-wonder Radeon, the previous works fine, but this one really doesn't work. XP Found New Hardware, and can't find the right drivers, after 6 New Hardware Found messages nothing works, no TV, no capture, no audio, no nothing ;(.

I understand the newer MB's do not have PS/2, serial and parallel ports anymore. I thought USB wasn't accessible in safe mode. Has something changed in 2k and XP that I don't know about?.

Just got a P4B533-E to replace my P4B sdram board. . . disabled the RAID and sound (for now). . . coupled it with a stick of Samsung Pc2700 DDR. . . im running XP pro, and on every boot, i get a system restored after critical error and a report box.

I have an Epox EP-8KTA3 motherboard. And I have the latest VIA 4in1 drivers installed and also the USB filter installed. For some reason, my hotsync on my palm will work for a while, then it won't work any more.

Good review by tom Basically its not much faster, obviously limited by the drives themselves now, as ata100/133 give almost 0 speed increase. Ill be glad to finally be rid of those stupid IDE ribbon cables though, but i think ill just get an IDE/SATA adaptor for my drives for the time being.

Athlon xp 1800+ wont boot on true clock speed...

If I try to run win2k at the optimal setting in the bios for the chip it complains while booting about not being able to access a file. When I set it to a lower setting ( 1. 1 g ) it boots ok. Running win2k sp3.

;( I have this problem: I have an Asus P5A-B and AMD 500 Mhz. The display adapter is ATI 3D Rage II and 3D-accelerator is Voodoo 2 (FCC ID: ICUVGA-GW803). Operating system is Windows2000. I can see Voodoo 2 in System Properties and it seems to work OK.

hi guys, my friend has just bought a gf3 ti500 made by leadtek. it is on a Gigabyte Ga-5Ax rev 4 board. on a k6-2 450mhz cpu. he has 320mb of ram. i have installed the relevant ALI chipset drivers (an ide & agp driver) however after being booted for around 10 seconds.

I have a prob. and I was wondering if anybody could help me with it. Well it seems that when I try to install another CD-ROM or DVD-ROM that it gets rid of one of my other drives. Such as my CD-RW in the Master or my 2nd Hard Drive.

Maxtor ATA100 Adaptor problems

I decided to get a Maxtor ATA 100 adapter and hook up my ATA 100 hard disks with it. Right now my motherboard only supports ATA 66. I booted up WinXP with my card installed and installed the drivers for it.
