Hi guys! I'm a victim of BSOD with STOP error 0x1E KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED in Win2K driver CLASSPNP>SYS - every 60 min. My husband trying his best but can't figure out this make no sense error.

Which is better, 256mb of PC133 DRAM or 384mb of PC100 DRAM? Thoughts anyone? I do alot of digital video editing and photoshop work. A little gaming too. Athlon 1. 2ghz, VIA kt133, Geforce 2 64mb AGP.

HP 932 printer matching color to monitor

I replaced the color cartridge and the color balance is off. It leans towards green and the cooler/warmer only adjusts either the red or the blue. What I really need are separate RGB levels. Is there any program for printers to override the HP settings? I'm not talking about re-adjusting each and every image I want ...

Windows 2000 installation and promise ata 100 problem

I have an Asus a7v with a 1 ghz athlon and 256 meg of pc133 ram. i have a ibm deskstar 45 gig HD and it uses the promise ata 100 controller. i am trying to install windows 2000 on a seperate partition.

Connecting Hds: Best way?

I have 2 ata-100 Hds and 1 dvd-rom drive and cd-rw drive. I do have room to use a ATA-100 promise Ultra100TX2 controller I have if need be but would it be better and faster performance wise to have both HDs on the mobos primary channel since the mobo supports ata-100 and have the dvd-rom drive and cd-rw on the seco ...

Logitech Mouseman Wheel problems

I've had this Logitech Mouseman Wheel for a good 3 years and mid through this year a bought a new computer. As I went to try the mouse on it i found it worked fine at the start and then a month later it ceased to work anymore.

hi guys, i have just ordered a pioneer 106s dvd drive. this is thew one that lets u choose your region 5 times, but after that it locks it. now i know there is a program/firmware out there to unlock this, so it can be changed forever.

Yes I know it's an old joystick but I don't have the money for a new one but anyway my question is why doesn't Windows 2000 Pro detect it? I went to gaming options in control panel and installed it from there but then it says Not Connected so what could be the problem? My sound card is Sound Blaster Live!

Hi, Ive just instaled XP on my neighbours Compaq computer, the thing is that before I instaled XP the modem worked prefect, it was possible to connect and everything, now, even if all the information regarding passwords and connect numbers are correct the modem wont dail, it just gets the error 630 I think.

Symbios Raid Controller SYM53810 -Need windows 2000 drivers

I found only one driver for this raid controller for Windows 2000 but it does not have a txtinfo. inf along with its oemsetup. inf file that is required during setup when you press F6 and specify additional storage devices.

Nvidia tweaking program of choice?

I've noticed that a lot of the Geforce tweaking programs that are out there have been discontinued lately. Of the ones that are still current (i. e. , work with the latest Detonators), which would you recommend? Any help is appreciated, thanks.

I have just installed W2KPro with Svc Pack 3. I have everything running with the exception of not being able to find video drivers for my Trident Blade 3D/MVP4 (63) card. I have downloaded a file from the Trident site that SUPPOSEDLY is supposed to work.

FSB (Front Side Bus) confusion

I have an AMD XP 1800+ and when running a cpu program, I get the following: CPU AMD Athlon XP/MP/4 1500 MHz FSB 133 MHz Memory 1024 MB Why does FSB say 133 Mhz when the processor is capable of 266 Mhz? Or am I confusing something here?

aight, i got 2 hard drives, C & F, The OS is on F. i am trying to configure my pagefile to be on C. F is smallish and dedicated just to OS, C is Big ass fast as hell SCSI raid. . . winxp will only put my pagefile on F.

Has anyone got the Diamond DTV2000 to work with Win 2000. . I see on this site that the NT drivers found on the diamond europe site are supposed to work. . I have not been able to get them to work. .
