PS/2 vs USB mouse detection

I've recently gotten a new Logitech MX700 mouse (cordless/optical). When I plug it in as a USB mouse, using latest the Logitech software, it recognizes the mouse correctly. Kiky X-series

Lo all Kiky X-series probs (ps2 to usb controller adaptor) Doe's any one have one of these that actually works on win xp. The games hang and dont respond once the adaptor is installed, but when you unplug it the games work but you have no controller.

GeForce 3 Upgrade Question.....

I'm considering upgrading to a Geforce 4 Ti 4600 from my current video card, which is a first generation GeForce 3. . . . . not a Ti200 or a Ti500. My question is, would I see a noticeable difference in speed?.

creative dxr3 and win 2000

I can't seem to get the card working with win2k sp3. Installed the beta drivers with no conflict. Everytime I play a file or movie using their pc-dvd dvd player, my computer would go into a blue screen saying IRQ_not less or equal (something like that).

Video-Sound card issues

hi i got some problems, i hope u can help me a little. . . since i installed a voodoo card (5 5500 PCI) in my machine, i've got some annoying problems with the sound-video running same time to give u an idea how this problem is, for example, running music alone in the desktop, it runs fine and perfect, same with video.

XP falls over a lot

When bringing up my new system that has XP home this frequently takes more than one attempt before it actually succeeds. Once it is up it usually stays up but not always. I send a status report to microsoft and they say that the problem is caused by a device driver but can't say which one.

temporarily hangs in Windows XP

I'm using Windows XP and frequently the system freezes up for a short 200-400 miliseconds and then resumes. I notice this usually especially when listening to music and the music starts to stuck and repeat it self very weirdly.

CD drives giving problems

Im having problems with my two cd drives. ones a dvd drive and the other a cd burner. I was just doing normal stuff on my computer nothing at all really then when i just went to put a cd in nothing happened.

Guys, Just a quick question - was getting worried that my computer was running a bit hot so slapped on a bigger fan. My current readings are: CPU: 58. 5 C System: 32 C Is this OK for a Athlon 2100+ / Ti4600 ? Cheers, P.
