Buying an comes with a window but the window has a fan in it, i was after to buy one of these I was thinking that this will be a problem to get the etch on? Can anyone confirm that?

Problem with Avermedia TV-Phone98 after installing WinXP SP1

After I installed WinXP SP1 my Avermedia TV-Phone98-card has started bahaving strangely. (Earlier I had WinXP Pro original, and then it worked just fine. ) When watching TV with a program that uses the WDM-drivers, the card seems to loose the frequenzy-lock every 5 minutes or so.

Yep, right after releasing Catalyst 2. 5, ATI has issued 3. 0 already. These drivers are DX9 optimized and contains numerous speed improvements for all Radeon users (7000-9700). .

I have an ASUS CUV4X-D motherboard with the latest bios 1014. The problem I am experiencing is that when every I try to run REdhat/Mandrake/SuSE Linux in SMP mode the OS will hang during the initial boot.

This card is nothing short of AWESOME!!!. The speed and image quality is INCREDIBLE!!. I have been an Nvidia user for a long time and was hesitant about buying this card. Nevertheless, I am very surprised at the speed this thing possesses.

Hey all well, my vaio is pi**ing me off so i am gonna get a new mobo / mem for it. since it comes in a pretty sony case i want to keep it, so it has to be Micro ATX. i would prefer pc2100 or higher support, or rambus.

Is the only difference between the Radeon 8500 and 8500/LE a clock speed difference (275/275 vs 250/250) or is there another form of crippling at work?

NT 4. 0 has no support for USB devices but Windows 2000 does support them. BSquare has software that will enable NT 4. 0 to support some USB devices. Unfortunately this does not include web cameras and scanners.

Hi everyone! A friend and I ordered parts for a complete computer each from the same store. The components were the same too, except that I ordered 512 MB Ram, he ordered 256 I assembled my system and it worked on the first boot-up, I'm typing this on it now.

Epson C82 Driver Problem

I just installed an Epson Stylus C82 printer and driver. The driver included with the printer was marked compatible with Win2000. As it turned out the driver corrupted my registry. I was only able to boot in safe mode.

desktop size changes when opening any window??

this is my girlfriends computer and she recently bought a new NEC multisync FE700+ monitor. The picture is great, but when the desktop is clear of all windows and a window opens, the whole screen expands and stays expanded until all windows are closed again.
