how to make 2 acounts share same settings?

on my notebook pc, i use my Admin account at home. I am not connected to any network when i'm in school, i logon to the school domain using some other username and password how do i make them share the same settings? When i install some app with the admin account, i need to reconfigure the app in school.

RPC Server too busy?

WTF I am trying to apply attributes and I get this message saying the RPC Server is too busy to complete the operation. But the server has nothing to do except be PDC (Primary Domain Controller) and serve files.

I have read messages after messages, in this forum, regarding all the tweaks and hacks you guy are doing to get your systems networked. This has got to be totally un-necassary because my network was working flawlessly at one stage.

Takes about 2 minutes to do one thing on remote comp

When I access the remote server from any workstation it may take several minutes to do one operation such as directory list, rename file, open file. . . But does not do this all the time. Does anyone have any clue what the problem is or can help me narrow down the problem?.

File sharing is a pain in the *** in xp, can anyone help?

I got 2 computers in a small network, both are running windows xp. Simple file sharing is ticked off on both machines. on each machine there is a harddrive that is shared, default is everyone has acces, and i leave it that way.

windows LAGS really bad after connecting to dsl through XP's

Added 2nd NIC, now 1st NIC gone!?

Hello. I was using a 3COM905B in my Win2K machine without problems. I added a 2nd NIC (3COM900B) & started my machine. Now I only see the newer NIC (as Local Area Connection 2) & my original NIC (formerly Local Area Connection 1) is gone (not showing in network properties).
