Windows Media Player 7 Final Blues Part II

It seems right , since I started the topic, it has to be me to finish it. The solution to all the problems is to remove the conflict between WMP7 and Adaptec Easy CD Creator which is the cause of all the BSOD.

Direct CD?

I had DirectCd working fine under win2k (with all up-to-date patches) even with Nero installed. I recently also installed CloneCD and CDRWin and now DirectCD reports no compatible writer. Does anybody have all of these successfully installed and working happily together? If yes, how? Thanx.

Windows Media Player 7 final blues

I tried to install windows Media player 7 in my Windows 2000 system. When the installation reach a certain point the system crashes. I trie to uninstall the beta version, but the result was the same.

3dmark2000 rev 1.1 and Windows 2000 pro

Encryption help!!!!!!!!!!!

I recently reinstalled Win2000 and left some encrypted folders on another partion yes im a dick!!! and now i cant access them as they were encrypted on my old win2000 install is there any way i can decrypt them i really need the files Thanks

"Referenced Memory Could NOT be written!"

Application popup: Hotline Client 1. 8. exe - Application Error : The instruction at 0x00458a42 referenced memory at 0x0022c000. The memory could not be written. Click on OK to terminate the program I get this message often.

For all Those with WMP7 final problems

F. . . WMP 7. I downloaded Sound Forge's Siren Jukebox. It does all the things WMP 7 does and more!!! It is stylish, burns disks, searches for music,it has a beautiful compact feature, a good number of skins, does digital extraction, searches for the title of cd's etc.

Software to merge mp3/wav files

Does anyone know of any software that will do this. I listen to a lot of electronic music and would like to take some of these invidiual tracks and merge them into one. .
