Thanks to JediBaron for informing me that new drivers are available for the Promise ULTRA 100 controller (on the Juggernaut page) and Sound Blaster 128 PCI.

These drivers fix the really long Windows detection time. They were supposedly released on the USENET by Asus Tech. They work with all versions of Windows.

Download Sound Blaster 128 PCI (1373) drivers 5.12.01.4035
They are vers. 5.12.01.4035 and they are even certified! The drivers are in a zip exe file within another zip exe. Once you extract them just go into the WDM folder and run sbsetup. These drivers also work for Win98SE and WinME.
