What I am going to do is show you a copy of the default q3config.cfg file and then explain just a few items you will want to edit for your preferences. A very brief but informative description will be used.

Not all of these settings will be in all Quake III based games but most will be. There will be options in the newer games that are not shown here. If it is an item to be simply enabled or disabled then 1=true or on, 0=false or off.

Tweakers Australia has updated their CPU Database

Just an update on the Tweakers CPU Database. So far we have 184 Intel entries and 281 AMD entries in total, but we know that there are a LOT more overclocked CPUs around than that! The main purpose of the database is to check what sort of results/setups people use to get a good overclock, which can help the user determine what they need and how far they can go with their own CPU. We would appreciate it if you could let your visitors know they are welcome to come on over and add their CPU details to help form a more valuable resource on the net.
