Adrian's Rojak Pot has posted the North Bridge Wet-Sanding Guide

The early revisions of the nForce2 chipsets shared one common flaw- the north bridge chip's surface wasn't flat. Because of that flaw, the north bridge's heat sink cannot actually make full contact with the north bridge. The situation improved a lot with the introduction of the nForce2 Ultra 400 chipset but unfortunately, they still couldn't make them completely flat.

An imperfect contact surface is one of the best excuses to wet-sand your north bridge and that's exactly what I did. Believe it or not, the result was fantastic! Come and check out how I did it!

Adrian's Rojak Pot has posted an important update of the Video RAM Cacheable BIOS option

Phew... Yet another totally revamped BIOS option. Took me some time to sort this one out actually. Why? Well, because I was wrong all along!

Well, not completely wrong. The recommendation for the Video RAM Cacheable BIOS feature remains disabled but my earlier reasons for that recommendation were completely and utterly wrong! Sorry about that, everyone!

It was not easy to re-examine a staunchly-held belief. And so, I spent a lot of time double-checking my information. Only after much research did I rewrite the entire topic.
