OCZ Tempest Review

After briefly pulling out of the heatsink market a short while back, they've managed to quickly jump back into the scene with their latest cooling product, the OCZ Tempest. How does the OCZ Tempest step up against the APH favorite, Arctic Cooling Freezer 64 Pro? Let's run through some results in our tests today and see what results we can obtain.
