Back at the beginning of September, nVidia launched the 7900 GS and 7950 GT. Although I covered this in a news story, it's only now that I have managed to take a look at the 7900 GS. With the ATI X1950 Pro launched today, and G80 just around the corner, I felt I couldn't really review the former without first looking at this card first.Inno3D 7900 GS Review

After the horrors of EA’s The Godfather, Scarface: The World if Yours is cause for a sigh of relief. Provided they can accept the game’s opening premise – that Al Pacino’s coke-addled gangster, Tony Montana, escaped the bloodbath that ends the film – fans of the movie will be relatively pleased with the way Radical Entertainment has handled the license. Like its inspiration, this is a sharply written, stylish, testosterone-fuelled piece of work, filled with memorable, fantastically foul mouthed dialogue and coming just as close to glorifying a life of crime. And if it is derivative of GTA – and it is – then there’s at least a sense that it’s simply returning the complement; where would Vice City have been without the De Palma film, after all.Scarface: The World is Yours Review

Recently KDE turned ten years old, a milestone by any measure. Over the past ten years this desktop environment has undergone tremendous improvements and introduced a number of advances into desktop Linux. KDE is popular, highly customizable, and, no matter what your tastes are, you will probably agree that it can look good. If all this was not enough, KDE has developed a celebrity status by appearing on a few popular television shows. Despite all this, GNOME is still the best desktop environment for Linux. Anyone with any sense knows that the only way to communicate text-based information effectively on the internet is through a list. As such, here are three reasons why GNOME is the logical choice for the majority of home Linux users.Three Reasons to Use GNOME
