ITreviewed checked out WinZip 12.0 Professional

With version 12.0 of its popular file compression package, Corel has done a good job of targeting inexperienced digital media users. New compression algorithms, as well as support for new file formats, make it a much well-rounded package, and its largely unchanged interface means it remains the most user-friendly compression tool available. The photo management tools are reasonable, making it a from camera to grandma photo solution, but the image compression tools are nonsensical - attempting to compress already compressed images (JPEGs) yields no benefits. Another disappointment is that there is no shareware option - all you get for free is a 45-day trial. But compared to the likes of StuffIt Deluxe 12.0 and WinRAR, you get more for your money. Having said that, for many users most of WinZip 12.0's features will be surplus to requirements.

Palit Radeon HD 4870X2 Review
Bjorn3D takes a look at the Palit Radeon HD 4870X2.

With games ramping up their requirements and with the never-ending needs of enthusiasts on the rise, it seems like everyone is looking for a more powerful GPU that offers speed they need now, and that little extra 'umph' for future proofing. Others are just looking for blazing fast frame rates with immersive graphics, while a select few are looking not only for blazing graphics performance, but a world record class GPU.

ATI has released the Radeon 4870 line which is a very capable GPU that the average enthusiast would be content with. Then they upped the ante with the Radeon HD 4870X2; currently the most powerful single card GPU in the world. Not that it's a single GPU, but in fact it's two GPU's married on one PCB.

We've got it for you to gander at, and we're gonna drive it like we stole it. So sit back, and hold on to your seats!

bgears b-Tarantula 650Watt Power Supply Review
TestFreaks.com posted a review on the bgears b-Tarantula 650Watt Power Supply

Today I've got the bgears b-Tarantula 650Watt Power Supply for review, it's a modular style PSU but it's a unique style of modular connections. Most modular PSUs have cables that plug into a socket on the PSU, but the b-Tarantula has a short cable with the female connection on it coming from the PSU, this allows for making connections in tight cases easier. The b-Tarantula also features a very quiet 135mm fan to keep it cool and quiet as well

ATI All-In-Wonder HD Video Card Review
Legit Reviews posted a review on the ATI All-In-Wonder HD Video Card

Overall I feel that the ATI All-In-Wonder HD is a great card for the casual gamer that is looking to upgrade their aging video card and would like to add HD content playback to their system. The bundled software is wonderful for anyone not planning to use Vista Media Center. There is little to dislike about the card, it is very quiet in operation and under the highest HD mode of operation the system uses less than 125W. Since so little power is used the video card stays nice and cool...
