Microsoft has released both Windows 11 Builds 22621.3807 and 22631.3807 (KB5039302) to Windows Insiders in the Release Preview Channel. A pinned Copilot experience, a Game Pass suggestion card on the Settings home page, a default display desktop button, support for Emoji 15.1, and better functionality in File Explorer are some of the enhancements included in the update.
Upgrades to Windows Share copying, new emojis, and OneDrive as a RemoteApp in Azure Virtual Desktop are all part of this update. In addition to fixing problems with GPUs, Group Policy, and Storage Spaces Direct, this version also fixes audio distortions in the Snipping Tool and fixes deadlocks in Azure Virtual Desktop sessions. It also updates the profiles for Country and Operator Settings.
In addition, users can share local files directly from the taskbar search results, and Windows Share now allows users in China to enable nearby sharing by turning on Wi-Fi and Bluetooth. There are also fixes for issues in File Explorer, such as unexpected focus settings in screen readers, issues with CTRL + F not starting a search, and keyboard focus being lost when using Shift + Tab.
Auto Restart for Voice Access allows users to reactivate voice access whenever an issue arises, removing the need for other assistive technologies. The new Windows Search command allows users to copy files from the Windows sharing pane. Windows Share users can now copy files directly from the Windows Share panel. Settings users can now change the visuals for the "Rename your PC" and "Change date and time" dialogs. File Explorer now supports non-English languages, and Task Manager has been upgraded to increase DDR speed, reliability, and accessibility. Improvements include enhanced keyboard focus, tab navigation, text scaling, and quicker Task Manager resizing.

The update contains general enhancements and fixes for Insiders running the build on their computers. The Copilot experience on Windows is developing to be pinned to the taskbar, allowing users to resize, move, and snap windows. The WIN + C keyboard shortcut will be removed for new devices that include a Copilot key, but the WIN + number position for Copilot pinned to the taskbar is now available. A new Linked Devices tab will be added to Settings > Accounts to manage PCs and Xbox consoles signed in with a Microsoft account.
