The Windows 8 Blog posted a news story that it seems Microsoft is gearing up and recruiting people for marketing of Windows 8.

Microsoft is expected to release Windows 8 Beta during Build conference which is scheduled to be held in September where we may expect more news about the upcoming Operating System. Also our sources are saying that Microsoft has completed work on Windows 8 Milestone 3 and have started working on Windows 8 Beta branch, though now there seems to be no leak in near future.
