Flyoobe 1.31 released
Belim has just released an updated version of Flyoobe, a guided setup and upgrade experience for Windows. This tool not only lets people install Windows 25H2 on hardware that isn't officially supported, but it also has a lot of cool new features that make the installation process easier and faster.
One of the best things about this release is the better OOBE (Out-of-Box Experience) installer. It now lets users search for and install app packages directly from the Winget manifest. You can do this by using the "Install custom Winget package" option. However, it's important to note that this feature is somewhat less advanced than UnigetUI, but it still keeps Flyoobe fast and efficient by being lightweight.
In addition to these other changes, we have improved the Apps OOBE page (also known as Debloater) with better backend and UI parts. The goal of this overhaul is to make navigation easier, app removal faster, and batch operations smarter. Also, the navigation system that came out in version 1.30 has been improved to make it easier for users to use.
The "Personalization" page in the OOBE has also been cleaned up visually to provide it a more consistent and clean look. The top-right menu now has a new log and activity manager that lets users keep track of all Flyoobe operations and notifications in one place.
The "Issues" section has been taken off the Experience OOBE page, which is another important change. This is because the Extensions and Installer OOBE now partially covers this feature. Flyby11, the app that came before Flyoobe, is no longer being promoted in the app. Users can still choose to use a slightly lighter version of Flyby11 with fewer options in earlier versions of FlyOOBE, though.
Everything that Flyby11 could do has been fully integrated into Flyoobe to make the upgrade process go more smoothly. Flyoobe is now recommended over its predecessor because it is more stable. Flyoobe still has the old Flyby11.exe file as a native helper and background process.
