The fans grills are available in 80mm, 92mm and 120mm. I got the 92mm versions of each but aside from the size there is no difference between them. These fan grills are for decorative purposes only, which means don´t stick your finger in the fan, or if you do it is your own fault for being an idiot if you hurt yourself. If you are looking for a protective fan grill the Atomic Energy model is probably the best out of these for preventing objects from entering the fan area.
