A couple of weeks back I had the opportunity to review the MPx220 from Motorola with integrated Windows MobileQuad Band Motorola MPx220 Reviewsoftware 2003 2nd edition. For me it was the first time I was handed a phone with a Windows Operating System on it, I already doubted about the stability, but it seemed quite alright.
