[Fix for reset and recovery issue] This update addresses an issue introduced by the August 2025 security update ( KB5063877) in which attempts to reset and recover the device fails. This issue happens when users perform one or more of the following processes:
System >Recovery > Reset my PC
System > Recovery > Fix problems using Windows Update
RemoteWipe CSP
